Believe it or not I have a great idea(s) for a business here in Bogota. My challenge is that I need someone with the foresight, business acumen and cash to make it happen. I was, and still am, the idea man and working partner. I like to keep things simple. At the onset the money man gives the working partner 50% of the business and says `GO`. At the end of the year we split profit 50-50.

The money man lets the working guy pull a salary each month so he can stay afloat. This works pretty well for the money man. The money man meets with the working partner(s) once a week or so to go over business matters. After that the money man stays out of it unless the working partner(s) needs the money man for advice. At the end of the year the working partner(s) provide the money man with financials and that is that.

I have operated and started successful creative businesses in Peru so this is not my first experience doing this. This is no `bull`. I believe I have a good idea for a business that will be very successful here in Quito. So if you are interested, all I ask from you initially is your time to hear me out.
